Collaborating with a 2yr old

My son, Jai, loves watching me draw and paint. He gets so excited when I pull out the acrylic paint, because that usually means I'm setting up a painting spot for him. A couple days ago I was cooking with bok choy and noticed the root end looked like a flower. I had my husband help paint the ends of the bok choy and let Jai stamp them on paper. After they dried, I came back with watercolor and made them look more like pretty flowers. Jai was so excited to see the transformation and could not wait to show it off to any one that was around. I enjoyed seeing him so proud of his artwork. We may do some more vegetable stamping in the future. Maybe, we will sell them and add the profit to his college fund.
